Geomaterials Research Services is a materials and research consultancy specializing in the petrographic testing of construction materials used in civil engineering construction. Among the types of materials routinely tested are:

Geomaterials has a world-wide customer base and was established in 1984. Geomaterials has in-house facilities for the preparation of thin sections and its own Hitachi S570 scanning electron microscope coupled with an Oxford Instruments ISIS 300EDS system.
